Delivery Information

  1. Free delivery will only be applicable for purchases $150 and above. There will be a $15 delivery charge per location otherwise. During Mid-Autumn Festival, Christmas, New Year Festive and Chinese New Year period, free delivery terms and conditions may change without prior notice.
  2. Please order 4 days in advance as the estimated delivery duration will be 4 business days.
  3. Please make sure that someone is home to receive your order as most of our products have to be stored in the freezer, if there is no one available to take the delivery, there will be a surcharge of $15 for rescheduling another delivery date.
  4. Upon placing your order, you should receive an email or a call by the next following day from us acknowledging that your order has been received. However this does not mean that you order has been accepted. All orders are subjected to availability and acceptance by us. (We may refuse for any reason)
  5. Your order will be processed after you have paid the full amount.
  6. Delivery schedule is fixed from Monday to Saturday 10:00am to 6.00pm on the selected date. If you have a specific time range for us to deliver, please indicate on the notes section and we will contact you if our delivery team will be able to do so.
  7. Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date written in the dispatch confirmation.
  8. Any changes in delivery schedule to be made within 24hrs from the schedule date will require a charge of $15.00.
