Recognising his passion, Jason’s mum entrusted him with three of her treasured recipes. These family favourites became the foundation of Home’s Favourite, a brand built on tradition, crafted with care, and inspired by the simple joy of sharing homemade treats with the people who matter most.

In 2007, we continued to push boundaries with our **Black Gold Durian Snowskin Mooncake*, becoming the first in Singapore to incorporate charcoal into our snowskin. Great ingredients deserve the best care. That’s why every Home’s Favourite Snowskin Durian Mooncake is processed using High Pressure Processing (HPP), an advanced cold preservation technology that helps keep our mooncakes fresh, safe, and as close to their original taste and texture as possible.
Unlike traditional heat-based processing, HPP naturally preserves food without the need for added preservatives. This allows us to retain the rich flavour of pure durian, the delicate softness of our snowskin, and the quality of every ingredient, while significantly reducing harmful bacteria.
