In 2001, Home’s Favourite introduced the world’s first 100% Durian Snowskin Mooncake, created with one simple goal: to let durian lovers enjoy the pure, authentic taste of premium durian without compromise.

Made with 100% pure durian and free from unnecessary additives, it offered a richer, more natural durian experience that quickly became a seasonal favourite among customers.

This milestone reflects the values that continue to guide us today: a passion for innovation, an uncompromising commitment to quality ingredients, and a belief that great bakes begin with authenticity. More than two decades later, these same principles remain at the heart of everything we create.

Our Journey

  • 1999

    Our journey of innovation began with Singapore’s first collection of floral tea cookies, introducing distinctive flavours like Jasmine, Japanese Green Tea, and Rose.

  • Our pursuit of authentic flavours led to the creation of Singapore’s first 100% Pure Durian Snowskin Mooncake, a recipe that has delighted generations of durian lovers.

    2001

  • 2004

    The love for our signature durian mooncakes reached beyond Singapore, with our first export to Hong Kong.

  • Our durian mooncakes were featured on Hong Kong’s popular TV programme 饮食男女, where they were recognised as the year’s top mooncake trend. The mooncakes went on to become Hong Kong’s leading durian mooncake under our local partner’s brand over the years.

  • 2008

    A meaningful milestone for our growing family business, as we surpassed S$1 million in annual revenue, made possible by the trust and support of our customers.

  • Our journey continued across the Pacific as we introduced our signature durian mooncakes to customers in the United States, followed by Canada.

    2010

  • 2017

    To preserve the freshness and purity of every bite, we invested in High Pressure Processing (HPP) technology, becoming Singapore’s first durian pastry manufacturer to adopt this advanced food preservation method.

  • Our signature durian mooncakes made their way to China, bringing a taste of Singapore to even more durian enthusiasts.

    2018

  • 2020

    We were honoured to be appointed the manufacturing partner for SCS, Singapore’s trusted butter brand, producing over 110,000 tins of festive cookies for Chinese New Year.

  • We welcomed customers to our first retail store at Jewel Changi Airport and expanded our cookies to Hong Kong and China. In the same year, we were proud to receive the Made with Passion brand mark, a recognition of our commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and Singapore-made excellence.

    2023

  • 2024

    We partnered with Nestlé to launch an exciting range of baked creations under the “Made with KITKAT” collaboration, bringing together two well-loved brands through innovative flavours.

  • We opened our first Home’s Favourite bakes at Tang Plaza, creating a new space where customers can discover and enjoy our signature bakes and cookies in the heart of Orchard Road.
